On December 10, 2003 COGS hosted a community forum on "Workers Rights are Human Rights" to celebrate International Human Rights Day. Representative Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) speaks to COGS members on November 14, 2003 as a part of the "Coffee with a Candidate" series organized by the COGS Political Action Committee. As a part of the ongoing educational campaigns, the political action committee invitied each of the Democratic presidential candidates to join us for a "Coffee with a Candidate" session. The acceptance of the invitation by any candidate in no way reflects an endorsement from UE Local 896-COGS.
